Who we are

VirtualDJSkins is operated by Wayne Evans from 2 Hodder Road, Liverpool, L5 0PZ, United Kingdom. For data-protection questions or requests, contact admin@virtualdjskins.co.uk.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile details such as your name, email address and optional profile image; order, product-entitlement and PayPal transaction references; Community posts and support messages; News subscription details; and technical information needed for security, fraud prevention and reliable operation.

PayPal processes payment-card and funding details. VirtualDJSkins does not receive or store your complete card or bank details.

Why we use it

Who receives information

We use service providers only where needed to operate VirtualDJSkins, including PayPal for payments, Supabase for account authentication, Resend for transactional and subscription email, OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers for hosting and storage, Google AdSense for advertising where consent permits, and YouTube for demonstration videos. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual safeguards offered by those providers.

How long we keep information

Account and entitlement information is kept while your account remains active and as needed to provide continuing access to purchases. Transaction and accounting records are normally retained for at least the period required by UK tax law. Community content remains available until deleted or moderation requires removal. News subscription information is kept until you unsubscribe. Security logs are retained only for a proportionate period needed to investigate abuse and protect the service.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing and may withdraw consent at any time. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or to establish and defend legal claims.

Contact us first so we can help. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted storage for protected purchase files. No online service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when our services or legal obligations materially change.
