The cancellation, refund and problem-resolution rules for VirtualDJSkins digital downloads.

Digital delivery

VirtualDJSkins products are digital content supplied through your account after PayPal confirms payment. The product page describes the included files, price and compatibility requirements. Please review these details before ordering.

Your cancellation right

Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. For an immediate digital download, you will be asked to expressly agree that supply may begin immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right ends when downloading begins. Until downloading begins, any cancellation right available under UK consumer law remains unaffected.

Faulty or misdescribed content

Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. If digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot reasonably be downloaded, contact admin@virtualdjskins.co.uk. We will first try to provide a working download, correction or reasonable technical assistance. Where the law entitles you to a price reduction or refund, we will provide it.

Compatibility and change of mind

Each product page identifies the intended VirtualDJ version, controller or workflow and included files. A change-of-mind refund is generally unavailable after downloading has begun where the required consent and acknowledgement were provided. This does not affect remedies where the product is faulty or materially different from its description.

Requesting help or a refund

Contact us with your account email, product name, PayPal transaction reference and a short description of the problem. Do not post payment information publicly in Community. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route, and the associated download entitlement may be revoked.
