Terms governing use of the VirtualDJSkins storefront, digital products, customer accounts and Community.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use virtualdjskins.co.uk, create an account, participate in Community or purchase digital products from VirtualDJSkins, operated by Wayne Evans from 2 Hodder Road, Liverpool, L5 0PZ, United Kingdom. Contact admin@virtualdjskins.co.uk.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable care.

Products and licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the supplied skin and companion files. You may keep reasonable backup copies for your own use. You must not resell, redistribute, share, publish or claim ownership of the files.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. Payments are processed by PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the download entitlement is added to your account. We may cancel and refund an order where payment is reversed, a price is clearly erroneous, a product is unavailable or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Digital delivery and refunds

Products are supplied through My Downloads. Before immediate supply, you will be asked to consent to delivery beginning and acknowledge when the 14-day cancellation right ends. The separate Refund Policy explains cancellations, faulty content and how to request help. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Community rules

Keep posts relevant, lawful and respectful. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or private material. You retain ownership of content you post but give VirtualDJSkins permission to host, display and format it for operating Community. We may edit, move, lock or remove content and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety or legal compliance.

Availability and compatibility

We aim to keep the website and purchased downloads available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Product compatibility depends on the details stated on its product page and may also be affected by third-party software or hardware updates outside our control.

Third-party services and links

PayPal, YouTube and other linked services operate under their own terms. VirtualDJSkins is not responsible for third-party websites or services except where the law provides otherwise.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, VirtualDJSkins is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from consumer use.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be dated here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you.
